CLIENT SPOTLIGHT
HATSUP, INCLUSIVE HAT WEAR
-
HATSUP entered a saturated headwear market dominated by one-size-fits-all products, where most customers struggle to find a true fit. The brand needed a clear, differentiated positioning that could cut through and scale across platforms.
-
The problem wasn’t just fit—it was inclusion. Customers wanted to feel seen in a category that had historically excluded them, turning HATSUP into more than a product, but a purpose-driven brand
-
Future Hana built a cohesive brand system rooted in inclusivity—aligning messaging, identity, and content across Instagram, web, and Amazon. This created a consistent foundation designed for both recognition and growth, including a strategic influencer framework to amplify reach.
-
With a clear brand position and aligned influencer activation, HATSUP sold 500 hats in a single day—translating brand clarity directly into revenue.
CORE, GOVT CONTRACT CONSULTING
-
GovCon space is complex, opaque, and not well communicated. CORE needed to stand out in a category known for generic, overly technical, and forgettable branding while still building trust with serious clients.
-
The barrier wasn’t just process—it was perception. Emerging contractors felt overwhelmed and disconnected from a system that seemed inaccessible. A brand that could simplify, clarify, and energize the experience would create both trust and momentum.
-
Future Hana positioned CORE as a clear, confident guide through the GovCon process—building a brand system that translated complexity into clarity. Messaging, identity, and content were aligned to feel structured yet approachable, creating a differentiated presence in a traditionally rigid category.
-
By shifting CORE from a transactional consulting service to a trusted, modern brand, the business strengthened client trust and engagement—supporting a 100% success rate in guiding clients through certifications, GSA submissions, and contract wins.
HUMMINGBIRD, MACROON TEA ROOM
-
In a saturated boutique dessert market, Hummingbird Macarons needed to stand out beyond product quality alone. The brand required a distinct identity that could attract attention, communicate craftsmanship, and support long-term recognition.
-
Luxury in this category often leans predictable—soft pastels, minimal typography, and generic “French” cues. The opportunity was to create a brand that still felt elevated, but introduced personality and narrative to make it memorable
-
Future Hana developed a metaphor-driven brand rooted in French pastry culture, balancing elegance with playfulness. The identity system combined refined typography, customized illustrative storytelling, and a distinctive brand mark designed for consistency and scalability across packaging and digital touch points.
-
The result is a recognizable, brand presence that differentiates Hummingbird Macarons in a crowded market—positioning it for stronger customer recall, repeat purchase, and long-term brand equity.
ORIONS ROOF, JAPANESE ROOF TOP RESTAURANT, MARRIOTT
-
Orion’s Roof required a distinct brand identity for a rooftop restaurant concept within a competitive hospitality landscape, where differentiation is driven by atmosphere, storytelling, and experience as much as cuisine. The challenge was translating an abstract dining experience into a cohesive and ownable visual identity.
-
Most rooftop hospitality brands rely on predictable celestial or luxury tropes, creating a familiar but forgettable category language. A stronger opportunity existed in building a layered symbolic system that could connect elevation, movement, and atmosphere in a more meaningful way.
-
Future Hana led the creative direction by developing a refined identity system that merged three core references: Orion’s Belt as a guiding celestial structure, a stylized fish fin as a symbol of fluidity and motion, and atmospheric rooftop elevation as the experiential anchor.
This thinking was embedded directly into the logo design, where Orion’s Belt was integrated with an abstracted fish tail form within the letter “O” of Orion—creating a distinctive, symbolic mark that bridges sky and sea in a single gesture. The system informed typography, visual language, and brand expressions across print and environmental touchpoints.
-
The resulting identity system delivered a cohesive and distinctive visual direction that aligned stakeholders and clarified the brand narrative—supporting client alignment and establishing a strong foundation for rollout across hospitality environments.
STETSON HATS, KIDS LEGACY COLLECTION
-
The Stetson Kids Collection needed to extend a heritage American headwear brand into a younger category without diluting its legacy. The challenge was to create relevance for a new generation while preserving the authenticity and equity of the Stetson name.
-
Heritage brands become most powerful when they are not modernized through reinvention, but through reinterpretation. By framing nostalgia as an emotional bridge—rather than a fixed aesthetic—the brand could connect parents and children through shared cultural memory.
-
Future Hana developed a nostalgic, vintage-inspired brand direction that reinterpreted classic American imagery through a softer, more playful lens. The identity system balanced heritage cues with child-friendly storytelling, translating Stetson’s legacy into a more expressive and accessible visual language across digital and product applications.
-
The resulting collection positioned Stetson Kids as both credible and emotionally resonant—bridging heritage and youth while strengthening brand continuity across generations.
