About Future Hana

Future Hana is a principal-led creative studio built on a simple belief: that great design doesn't just look good — it grows with you.

Founded by Victoria Weiss, a creative director with a multidisciplinary background in illustration, murals, branding, and agency experience across New York, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, Future Hana was born from over 20 years of working at the intersection of art, strategy, and intentional storytelling.

The Name & The Mark

The name Hana means flower in Japanese — a symbol of organic growth, natural beauty, and quiet resilience. Future speaks to direction, momentum, and the brands we're always in the process of becoming.

The logo carries that same duality. Two shapes. Two forces.

The Triangle represents forward motion — leadership, clarity, and purposeful direction. The Circle represents wholeness — empathy, community, and continuous care.

Together they express what we believe great brands are made of: directional progress grounded in human connection. A dynamic equilibrium. Always moving forward. Always rooted in people.

How We Work

We design like artists and think like strategists. Every project begins with listening — to your vision, your challenges, and the future you're working toward. From there we build brand systems, identities, and digital experiences that are visually compelling, deeply considered, and built to evolve.

This studio is a living practice. Like a flower through seasons, we grow — with our clients, with culture, with technology. We are never finished. We are always becoming.
